Tuesday Night Ladies Aerobics

Chair Aerobics and Walking Class

Ladies only aerobics classes are held at the Faith Chapel Family Life Center. 

Classes are held every Tuesday night at 6:00 - 7:00pm.

Ages: 16 - 101     Cost ($1.00) First visit is free

Bring a towel or exercise mat, and tennis shoes.

Come and join us for a fun filled exercise time.
